Find out what’s happening in your area

ForestrySA’s Mount Lofty Ranges plantation estate is a hive of activity on any given day, with a range of seasonal operations conducted during the year.

Silvicultural operations such as site preparation, planting, tree pruning, weed spraying and fertiliser application ensure our plantations are healthy and productivity is optimum, ahead of harvest.

Firebreak maintenance and fuel reduction burning are an important part of ForestrySA’s commitment to bushfire prevention, helping to keep our assets and communities safe.
