We manage public access and nature-based recreation across 33,000 hectares of forest reserves within SA’s Mount Lofty Ranges and Limestone Coast.
There is plenty to see and do, with more than 800,000 people visiting each year for activities such as camping and accommodation, bushwalking, hiking, running, bike riding, horse riding, fossicking, orienteering and rogaining, wedding ceremonies and so much more.

Fire is prohibited on ForestrySA land between November 1 and April 30 in any year. (These dates may be extended in areas where high fire danger persists).
